And behind every breathtaking ceremony at Talhenbont Hall stands someone who has made it her mission to create that magic—Alicia.

Talhenbont Hall is more than just a luxury venue. It’s a living, breathing part of Alicia’s story. From humble beginnings, she carved her path with determination, grit, and vision. Today, she co-owns this iconic estate and leads the weddings operation with warmth, precision, and deep personal care.

 “We don’t do cookie-cutter weddings here,” Alicia says. “Every couple is different, and that’s the beauty of it. My job is to honour their uniqueness and create something unforgettable.”

With years of experience and a passion for people, Alicia is not just the face of Talhenbont Hall weddings—she’s the heart. From first viewing to the final dance, she is present every step of the way.

Alicia holds a Law degree and is PRINCE2 & MSP project management trained. With a background in both commercial and public service she has over 20 years project management experience – perfect transferable skills for hosting wonderful weddings!

She loves a spreadsheet and a detailed plan – to ensure every wedding runs like clockwork. More than that Alicia is personable and loves building a great connection with couples, where they feel valued and listened to. Alicia aims to be super responsive, with WhatsApp being the preferred communication channel, due to it’s speed and ease to respond quickly. 

Talhenbont is co-owned by Alicia and her business partner, Paul. While Alicia leads the full client and wedding experience, Paul manages the grounds and maintenance that keep the estate at its best. Together, they ensure every wedding is supported both front-of-house and behind the scenes.

As well as running the wedding business Alicia is mum to daughter Daisy – her proudest achievement! And mummy to Dolly the Cockerpoo.

In her spare time Alicia enjoys weight training at the gym, doggy walks on the beach & socialising with her fabulous friends.
