The fog rolled gently over the grounds of the Talhenbont Estate as a light rain drizzled across the lawns. With the cold atmosphere outdoors, the warmth and glow of the Coach House felt even more inviting as guests arrived for our Wedding Open Day.
The Coach House was dressed beautifully with spring florals by @scentwithloveflowers. Soft pink and red tulips, complemented by elegant pussy willow branches, brought a fresh pop of seasonal colour that worked perfectly against the off white tones of the space. Music flowed through the room, bubbles were passed to our guests and the most delicious canapés were prepared by our award winning caterers @cheekychillievents. A special mention must go to our fabulous star Daisy, who did an amazing job handing out canapés throughout the afternoon.
Inside the Coach House, we were joined by the incredibly talented @_redrosecakes. Guests were treated to delicious salted caramel cake samples, but the true showstoppers were her stunning cake creations, masterpieces in their own right. From fabric inspired fondant to beautifully crafted three tier designs, her work drew admiration all afternoon.
We were also joined by brilliant photographers @loveclicimagery who know the estate like the back of their palm and bringing the details into every shot. It was never a dull moment, with an afternoon full of laughter and wedding questions. Our wonderful wedding team Alicia, Antonia & Paul were on hand throughout the day to answer questions, ease worries and help couples envision their perfect day. The Main Hall, steeped in heritage and adorned with beautiful antique features, brought warmth and character to an otherwise gloomy day. Guests were greeted warmly by Tanith at the desk and guided through our fantastic selection of trusted suppliers.
We were delighted to welcome @richardmilnesphotography, a photographer who has been with us since the very beginning. His incredible landscape and couple shots are truly not to be missed. The lovely @ceremoniesbyjuliegoodall joining us on the open day, spoke to guests about her celebrant led ceremonies, sharing her relaxed approach and unique personal touches. Upstairs in our show stopping Bridal Suite, @cameobridesllandudno showcased an amazing collection of wedding gowns. From intricate lace veils to perfectly styled bridesmaids’ dresses with subtle touches of green, everything had an elegant and fresh feel. We were also joined by the incredible @cassiembridal, who shared her extensive portfolio of wedding hair and makeup, inspiring many future bridal looks.
It truly was an amazing group of suppliers, all passionate about helping couples in every way they can. A massive thank you to all the couples and families who visited us, both old friends and new faces. It was wonderful to feel the buzz and excitement throughout the estate. We are already so excited for the 2026 wedding season to begin.
