We had a fantastic open day on Sunday 15th October. The event was really well attended and we’ve had an unprecedented number of enquiries following the event.
We had some of the best suppliers in the wedding business attend the event to show potential couples what Talhenbont Hall can offer in partnership with our suppliers. The Hall was stunningly dressed by RHS Royal Chelsea Show medal winners, Springbank Flowers. Autumnal colours adorned the Hall. Also in attendance was Matthew O’Brien, a couture fashion designer who displayed some beautiful bespoke dresses in our magnificent bridal suite.
Welsh Wedding Hair award winners, Moncrieffe Hair were present along with Sarah Burr from Thalasso Spa.
Artist, Joseph Walker displayed some of his bespoke artwork featuring our resident peacocks. These are available for couples getting married at the Hall.
Couples had the opportunity to taste the culinary delights from our award winning suppliers, Cheeky Chilli Events which included canapés and Thai street style food which was cooked in front of guests. A great alternative for an evening buffet.
Guests also had the opportunity to walk through our historic Hall and meander our magnificent grounds. Luckily the weather held before Storm Ophelia reached us the next day!
