Talhenbont Hall plays host to a wide and unique variety of weddings, from classic to themed and everything in between. One of our recent ones we’d love to highlight was the joining of Honor and Jack in June.
The wedding was a personal, intimate affair, with only twenty-four guests, which the quiet beauty of Talhenbont’s grounds lends itself to. The ceremony took place on our Terrace in the beautiful Pergoda, with beautiful floral displays and draped linen giving the ceremony a magical, rustic aesthetic. The beautiful ivory floral centrepieces created by Hubbards Florist perfectly highlights this simple but effective moment. The wedding breakfast, hosted in our recently refurbished Coach House, was similarly emphasized with eggshell and green bouquets. Personalised sparklers were also included, hinting at the activities planned for afterwards.
Honor wore an off-the-shoulder A-line gown which accentuate the simple, but effective, theming and was flattered by expert hair and make-up Gemma Clarke. This look, paired with Jack’s tasteful teal 3-piece comes together to create a look and a wedding you’d expect to see on a dream wedding Pinterest board.
Though other aspects of this wedding were minimalist and personal, our happy couple ensured their wedding would still end with a bang! The main attraction after the touching ceremony and reception was the fireworks, orchestrated by Phenomenal Fireworks, in the evening; an option Talhenbont is more than happy to accommodate. Not everyone can say their wedding concluded with a personal firework show in the beautiful North Wales countryside, surely making this a day they will truly never forget.
